Businesses
Our businesses provide our students with hands on work experience opportunities in a safe and welcoming environment. We aim to have the students' do as much of the actual work as possible whilst being trained and guided by our job coaches. As a result of the skills and confidence which students gain from working in our businesses most go onto to work experiences in local companies and organisations or onto career speciifc courses at college.
We ask that customers understand respect that our students may at times need some extra help to get customers served quickly but that is the purpose of having our own on site learning facilities.
Our Cafe
Welcome to the Bee Hive Cafe. We offer a menu of homemade food freshly cooked in our own kitchen with a variety of hot and cold refreshments you can enjoy in our light and welcoming café area. Our cake menu changes daily and all are freshly made by our chefs. Our scones are rightly highly regarded. Take away service is available and afternoon teas can be ordered in advance.

Horti Hub Garden Shop
Our garden shop in the Horti Hub has a wide range of seasonal plants, gardening essentials and gifts at competitive prices. Give us a try at Christmas and Mothers day for something special. We are “small but mighty”

Our Wellbeeing Centre
The Wellbeeing Centre offers for hire (terms apply), a small gym, Hydrotherapy Pool and Treatment rooms used by visiting therapists.
Our equipment and facilities offer clients, regardless of ability the opportunity to experience warm water swimming and gym equipment in a small quiet environment.

Our Charity Shop
Our Charity shop offers pre-loved clothes, toys, household items, books and soft furnishings.
The Bee Hive students work alongside staff and volunteers to ensure everything that is sold is of the highest possible quality.
If you wish to donate any items please drop them into The Bee Hive or contact us for assistance.

Spaces to hire
We have various rooms and spaces such as the café, the hall or meeting room, the gym or treatment rooms available of hire at reasonable rates. Proceeds from hiring out our facilities are used to provide additional resources for our students.
